Biography |
Dr. Kumin joined the Industrial Engineering faculty in 1968 as an Assistant Professor. His research area is applied stochastic processes, particularly the design of Markovian congestion systems. He has served as interim department chair, Associate Dean of the Graduate College and Associate Dean of the College of Engineering. In 2001, he was appointed Williams Professor of Engineering.
